Janeen Marquardt

President of the Board

Janeen Marquardt is a highly accomplished Salesforce leader, architect, and strategist with over 20 years of experience delivering complex digital transformation solutions. She became a recognized Salesforce MVP in 2025, she leads the San Francisco Architect Community group, she is a mentor, and a Credential Ambassador. Janeen serves on several boards, both non-profit and for-profit companies. She is a seasoned speaker and has shared her knowledge and expertise at many industry events.

Janeen’s mission is to demystify AI and the data behind it to increase comfort and confidence in its value. Janeen is honored to lead the the Dreamin’ in Data Team! #EqualityForAll

Mehmet Orun

Mehmet is a Salesforce veteran and Data Management Subject Matter Expert with 18 years of experience in the ecosystem as a customer, consultant, Salesforce Product and Practice Lead, ISV Partner, and most recently, Datablazers Community co-founder. He was recognized in 2025 as a Salesforce MVP.

Mehmet’s mission is to empower organizations to make confident decisions with reliable data through process excellence, product innovation, and community collaboration. Mehmet enjoys sharing his experiences, proven practices, and anti-patterns with the community. Suzie Campbell

Suzie Campbell is the Assistant Director for Salesforce at Start Early, where she leads data architecture strategy and technical governance across a complex multi-cloud environment. After spending 10 years in higher education, she transitioned to Salesforce administration six years ago and has since learned that perfect systems don’t exist, but progress does.

Suzie believes the best data work happens when we acknowledge real struggles while focusing on practical solutions. As Secretary of the Dreamin’ in Data board, she’s committed to building a community where data professionals support each other through the messy, complex work of making systems better.

Adam Mico

Adam Mico is a data, analytics, and generative AI leader, builder, and strategist focused on creating inclusive systems that help people think, decide, and grow with confidence. His work spans analytics platforms, data governance, and applied GenAI, with an emphasis on clarity, accessibility, and responsible decision-making in complex environments.

Adam is a published author and is widely recognized for his contributions, frameworks, and community-driven tools in the analytics and Tableau ecosystems. He is a 4x Tableau Visionary and 6x Tableau Ambassador. He is recognized for his sustained impact on education, enablement, and inclusion. He is also the founder of the #DataFamRisingStars initiative.

Adam’s mission is to ensure that data and AI empower more people, not fewer, by lowering barriers to entry and designing systems that value inclusion, transparency, and practical impact.

Diane Kessler

Diane Kesler, known in the community as Digital Dee, is a Salesforce and MuleSoft leader, educator, and hyperautomation strategist with over 20 years of experience. She is the Co-Founder of Integration Quest and serves as MuleSoft Practice Lead at CloudBlazer.

A Salesforce Certified Instructor, MuleSoft Community Ambassador, Meetup Leader, Diane is passionate about bringing platforms and people together. Through Hyperautomation, she brings MuleSoft and Salesforce together as one powerful force, mirroring the unity this community is built on, and Dreamin’ in Data’s mission.

A frequent Dreamforce and World Tour speaker and co-author of Building Integrations with MuleSoft, Diane is dedicated to making complex technology approachable and helping organizations turn connected data into meaningful action. She is honored to serve the Dreamin’ in Data community.

Kiranjot Kaur

Kiranjot Kaur is a MuleSoft Lead at Penrod where she drives integration strategy and automation across complex enterprise ecosystems. She is a meet-up leader for the Milwaukee MuleSoft Meetup. She has been recognized as a MuleSoft Ambassador, Top MuleSoft Meetup Speaker, the MuleSoft Top Community Meetup Speaker, and MuleSoft Top Twitch Stream Guest.

She has presented at Dreamforce and delivered sessions at the Salesforce Agentforce World Tour in New York, sharing insights on integration, automation, and AI-driven solutions with global audiences.

She believes in knowledge sharing, living by the saying: “Knowledge is power. Sharing knowledge is empowerment.”

Ali Waguespack

Ali Waguespack is the Senior Manager of Delivery Services at Bryd, where she leads cross-functional delivery teams, empowering organizations to unlock meaningful value from Slack-first and Salesforce-driven technology. She leads the Slack Community Group in Lafayette, Louisiana, is a Salesforce Marketing Champion, and has spoken at many community events.

Ali champions accessible and sustainable technology built with users in mind. She believes strong data foundations drive confident decisions and stable growth. She is passionate about helping teams achieve clarity through thoughtful architecture, practical governance, and lasting enablement.

Ali is energized by supporting people, building connections, and fostering growth, whether guiding a client or mentoring a newcomer to the ecosystem.
