Janeen Marquardt is a highly accomplished Salesforce leader, architect, and strategist with over 15 years of experience delivering complex Salesforce digital transformation solutions. She became a recognized Salesforce MVP in 2025, she leads the San Francisco Architect Community group, she is a mentor, and a Credential Ambassador. Janeen is on several advisory boards, of both nonprofits and for profit companies. She is a seasoned speaker and has shared her knowledge and expertise at many industry events.

Janeen’s mission is to demystify AI and the data behind it to increase comfort and confidence in its value. Janeen is honored to be part of the Dreamin’ in Data Leadership Team! #EqualityForAll

Mehmet is a Salesforce veteran and Data Management Subject Matter Expert with 18 years of experience in the ecosystem as a customer, consultant, Salesforce Product and Practice Lead, ISV Partner, and most recently, Datablazers Community co-founder. 

Mehmet’s mission is to empower organizations to make confident decisions with reliable data through process excellence, product innovation, and community collaboration. Mehmet enjoys sharing his experiences, proven practices, and anti-patterns with the community. Suzie Campbell

Suzie Campbell is the Assistant Director for Salesforce at Start Early, where she leads data architecture strategy and technical governance across a complex multi-cloud environment. After spending 10 years in higher education, she transitioned to Salesforce administration six years ago and has since learned that perfect systems don’t exist, but progress does.

Suzie believes the best data work happens when we acknowledge real struggles while focusing on practical solutions. As Secretary of the Dreamin’ in Data board, she’s committed to building a community where data professionals support each other through the messy, complex work of making systems better.
